TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between JWELLS & COMPANY BUSINESS CONSULTING, doing business as JWells & Co Credit Consultants ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), and the individual or entity accessing our services ("User," "you," or "your"). By accessing the website located at https://page.jwellsandco.online, submitting information through our forms, or opting into our communication programs, you agree to be bound by the following terms.


SECTION 1: SCOPE OF SERVICES

JWells & Co Credit Consultants provides professional credit analysis, strategic consulting, and educational resources designed to assist users in navigating their personal credit journey. Our services are strictly advisory in nature. While we provide expert guidance on credit health, our consultations do not constitute legal representation, and the Company does not provide legal advice or guaranteed credit restoration. All service outcomes are subject to the independent reporting practices of third-party credit bureaus and the specific financial history of the User.


SECTION 2: AGE REQUIREMENTS AND ELIGIBILITY

Our services and website are intended solely for individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By accessing our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to enter into this Agreement. The Company reserves the right to terminate access to services if it is discovered that a User is under the legal age of majority.


SECTION 3: SMS AND MOBILE MESSAGING DISCLOSURES

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in to our messaging program, you provide express written consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS communications from JWells & Co Credit Consultants (JWELLS & COMPANY BUSINESS CONSULTING). These messages may include appointment reminders, account updates, and service notifications. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Reply STOP to unsubscribe and HELP for help.

SECTION 4: OPT-OUT AND HELP PROCEDURES

You may revoke your consent to receive SMS communications at any time. To discontinue receiving messages, you must reply STOP to any message received from the Company. Upon receipt of a STOP command, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further automated messages will be sent unless you re-enroll. SECTION 5: USER REPRESENTATIONS AND DATA ACCURACY

We may share information only with trusted service providers as necessary to deliver messaging services, customer support, and operational communications. Mobile opt-in information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.


SECTION 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and educational materials provided through our platforms are the exclusive property of JWELLS & COMPANY BUSINESS CONSULTING. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access materials for personal use only. No part of our services or content may be reproduced, redistributed, or exploited for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.


SECTION 7: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. The Company provides all services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Our total liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the User to the Company for the specific service in question.


SECTION 8: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in St. Johns County, Florida.


SECTION 9: SEVERABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of the Agreement remains in full force and effect. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
